1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Chakra Battery.
Please read this guide thoroughly before using your battery to ensure correct installation, safe operation, and long service life.

2. Technical Specifications

Refer to the label on your battery for detailed technical parameters.
Do not exceed the specified power, voltage, or current limits during use or charging.

Note: Damage caused by over-power, over-voltage, or over-current charging is not covered under warranty.

    The maximum continuous discharge output shall not exceed 216AMP, the maximum charging voltage shall not exceed 84V, and the maximum charging current shall not exceed 10AMP.

3. Safety Warnings

  • DO NOT short-circuit, disassemble, puncture, crush, or expose to fire or water.

  • DO NOT modify the battery or its management system (BMS).

  • DO NOT use if damaged or exposed to liquids or extreme temperatures.

  • Operate and store within -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F).

  • Use only compatible chargers designed for lithium-ion batteries.

  • Handle with care — contains lithium.

4. Important Usage Tips

Due to natural variations in cell consistency, power may transfer between cell groups, leading to voltage drop over time.
If unused for extended periods, the battery may enter protection mode or become unusable.
Fully charge the battery at least once per month when not in use.

5. Installation Guide

  1. Inspect the battery for damage before installation.

  2. Verify normal charging function.

  3. Confirm polarity: red is positive (+), black is negative (–). Use a voltmeter if unsure.

  4. Use extension cables only if properly connected and secured.

  5. Ensure all connectors are tight to prevent overheating or fire.

  6. Mount the battery securely on a flat, stable surface.

6. Charging Instructions

  1. Charge in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from flammable materials.

  2. Do not leave charging unattended for long periods.

  3. Use only the provided or compatible charger with correct voltage and polarity.

  4. Ensure tight connections during charging.

  5. Disconnect when fully charged.

  6. Recharge monthly if not in use.

7. Storage Recommendations

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from flammable items.

  • Ideal storage temperature: -20°C to 60°C.

  • Even if installed in a device, recharge monthly to avoid protection mode or failure.

8. Warranty Policy

Coverage

Chakra Battery warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Covers manufacturing defects and failure to meet performance standards under normal use.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear, capacity degradation, or environmental damage.

  • Use with incompatible devices or chargers.

  • Accidents, impacts, or improper charging.

Claims Process

  • Provide proof of purchase.

  • Contact support within the warranty period.

  • Submit details (photos, logs, description) as requested.

  • Chakra Battery will inspect and determine eligibility.

Remedies

At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or issue a pro-rated refund based on usage.
